Deliveries:
Numerous VNR packages, content for web channel ( HYPERLINK "http://www.airwaves-pro.tv" www.airwaves-pro.tv) and a one-off broadcast TV show.
Shoot Spec:
We spent the best part of 6 months on this project. Wrigley’s sponsored 6 athletes from various backgrounds (cricket, wakeboarding, rugby, motorsports, luge etc) and we shot with them all for various outputs. We produced 80+ webclips for the campaign, numerous VNRs which were used on a number of channels (ITV1, ITV3, Discovery, BBC, Gadget Show, MTV to name a few) plus a one-off TV show. Shot mostly on Sony Z1s we also made use of our extensive mini cam rigs to produce some unique angles (how would you film an 18 stone rugby international in a giant inflatable ball?).
Edit spec:
The project involved a number of different edits: fast-turnaround VNRs from events (usually next day multi-format turnaround, occasionally the same day), usually 4 or 5 web edits a week and a TV show that involved an offline / online, grade, voice over, full graphics pack etc.
Notes:
This job highlights one of Grain’s mantras: “make the most of your footage”. We encourage all our clients to maximise the impact of their content by spreading it far and wide on numerous formats, and this is what Grain are best at. If you employ us to shoot something for you, we will always encourage you to think big for the edit. Why settle for just a TV show when you can have a web series too? And why stop there when you can have a cover-mounted DVD as well? We can, and do, make all this happen.
